HARTING Showcases Latest Technology at Virtual "Communication Technology Conference"
ELGIN, Ill. (April 1, 2009)— HARTING North America will participate in Newark’s (Premier Farnell) virtual Live EDGE Awards Ceremony & Communication Technology Conference on April 2, 2009. The free event, available globally live from 9:30am - 6pm EST, will be held in the Live EDGE EcoSphere, a virtual environment designed specifically as a learning and networking community for design engineers, engineering students and hobbyists around the world. The ‘virtual tradeshow’ objective is to showcase the newest technologies from 29 leading component manufacturers in support of global environmental design. The winners of the Live EDGE (Environmental Design for the Global Environment) environmental design challenge will also be named by Harriet Green, CEO, Premier Farnell, at 9:45am EST.
Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to network with colleagues, download technical information, and chat live virtually with manufacturer representatives and technical experts. The HARTING ‘booth’ will feature product presentations, videos, technical articles, catalogs and more.
