Han® connectors are long known for use in demanding industrial applications requiring IP65 or IP68 levels of environmental protection against liquids and dust. Now, Underwriters Laboratories recognizes Han® A and Han® B style housings as fulfilling requirements of UL 50 for use in Type 12, Type 4 and Type 4X applications.
